IAPAR is a brave step towards trying to look at multiple aspects of performing arts in one frame work.

IAPAR works in the three inter-related areas of research, practice of applied areas in performing arts and performance. It brings the academics, performers as well as professionals in applied areas together on a common platform. The interdisciplinary approach is at the core of IAPAR. At a broader level it creates a space for all stakeholders in the field of performing arts for interaction, conversation, innovation, collaboration and development.

The Workshop

The ability to speak confidently and deliver a persuasive message is an essential skill in almost every career field. This workshop provides an opportunity to understand voice and significantly improve your ability to speak effectively.

The course focuses on regular practice and delivery of several types of texts. The safe environment encourages students to be brave, courageous and take risks. The personalized feedback to every student offers an opportunity to every individual to grow. The students critically examine their own speeches and the speeches of their peers.

This is an interactive course, demanding high level of class participation and an atmosphere of trust and respect.

The medium of instruction will be Marathi and English

The workshop will be conducted by Shri. Vidyanidhee Vanarase (Prasad), Founder Director of IAPAR.

The Trainer

Vidyanidhee Sudheer Vanarase (Prasad), born and brought up in Pune, completed his Post Graduation in Dramatic Arts from the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi. He has directed more than fifty plays in Marathi, Hindi, Konkani, Kannada and English. He has gained proficiency in various interrelated areas - Direction, Teaching and Mentoring, Administration and Management of Arts and Applied Arts.

He is associated with several theatre organizations of national and international repute for the last two decades. He has worked with Prithvi International Theatre Festival, India, London International Festival of Theatre (LIFT), UK, Project Phakama, South Africa to name a few.

He has conducted workshops and taught at several institutions, nationally and internationally.

He has been working with the corporate world as a consultant. He has developed and delivered workshops and programmes on Team Building and Group Effectiveness. He uses theatre techniques to offer better understanding of team work and group effectiveness. He has conducted workshops for AMDOCS, Cooper Group, Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Force Motors, Infosys, KPIT to name a few.

He is a Founder Director of International Association for Performing Arts and Research (IAPAR). He is also a consulting Associate for MIDAS, an academic institution involved in entrepreneurship training and education.

At present he is setting up the Indian Centre of International Theatre Institute, an affiliate NGO of UNESCO.

इंटरनॅशनल असोसिएशन फॉर परफॉर्मिंग आर्ट्स अँड रिसर्च (आय. ए. पी. ए. आर.):

आय. ए. पी. ए. आर. हे विविध प्रयोगजीवी कलांच्या विविध पैलूंकडे एकत्रितपणे पाहण्यासाठी टाकलेले पहिले पाउल आहे.

आय. ए. पी. ए. आर. चे काम संशोधन, प्रयोग आणि प्रयोगजीवी कलांचे उपयोजन या परस्परांशी संबंधित असलेल्या तीन क्षेत्रांमध्ये कार्यरत आहे. आंतरशाखीय दृष्टीकोन हा आय. ए. पी. ए. आर. च्या विचारसरणीचा गाभा आहे. कलावंत, प्रशिक्षक आणि प्रयोगजीवी कलांचा उपयोग करून आपले आणि इतरांचे जगणे समृद्ध करणारे अशा सर्वांना एका व्यासपीठावर आणण्याचा प्रयत्न आय. ए. पी. ए. आर. करत असते. सर्वांगीण विकास साधण्यासाठी संवाद, चर्चा आणि परस्पर सहकार्य या माध्यमांमधून एकत्र येण्यासाठी आय. ए. पी. ए. आर. चे व्यासपीठ नेहमीच उपलब्ध असते.

कार्यशाळा:

विविध क्षेत्रात काम करणाऱ्या किंवा करू इच्छिणाऱ्या सर्वांनाच उत्तम संभाषण कौशल्याची नितांत गरज असते. आत्मविश्वासपूर्ण संभाषण आणि आपला मुद्दा समोरच्यापर्यंत पोहोचविण्याची गरज सध्याच्या जगात अधिकच अधोरेखित होत आहे. या कार्यशाळेमध्ये आपला स्वतःचा आवाज समजून घेण्याची आणि त्याचा योग्य वापर करून प्रभावी संवाद कौशल्य वाढवण्याची संधी मिळू शकेल.

या कार्यशाळेत नियमित सराव आणि वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारच्या गद्य आणि पद्य लेखनाचा अभ्यास केला जाईल. शिबिरार्थींना प्रोत्साहनपूर्ण वातावरणात एरवी न केलेल्या अनेक गोष्टी करून बघण्याची संधी मिळेल. प्रत्येक शिबिरार्थीकडे वैयक्तिक लक्ष पुरवले जाईल. प्रत्येक शिबिरार्थीच्या व्यक्तिगत विकासाकडे विशेष लक्ष दिले जाईल. शिबिरार्थी स्वतःच्या तसेच इतरांच्या कामाविषयी चर्चा करण्यासही शिकतील.

या कार्यशाळेमध्ये शिबिरार्थींचा सहभाग ही महत्वाची गोष्ट आहे. परस्पर विश्वास आणि एकमेकांविषयी आदर राखून स्व-अध्ययन हा या कार्यशाळेचा अतिशय महत्वाचा भाग आहे.

प्रशिक्षक:

श्री. विद्यानिधी वनारसे (प्रसाद) मूळचे पुण्याचे असून पदवी पर्यंतचे शिक्षण पुण्यात झाल्यानंतर त्यांनी त्यांचे पदव्युत्तर शिक्षण राष्ट्रीय नाट्य विद्यालय, दिल्ली (एन.एस.डी.) येथून पूर्ण केले. त्यांनी आजवर मराठी, हिंदी, कोंकणी, कानडी आणि इंग्लिश अशा विविध भाषांमधे काम केले आहे. विविध नाटकांचे मराठीत भाषांतर आणि अनुवाद केलेला आहे. कलेशी संबंधित दिग्दर्शन, व्यवस्थापन आणि उपयोजन या परस्परसंबंधित विषयांवर त्यांनी प्रभुत्व मिळविलेले आहे.

गेल्या दशकभरापासून ते आंतरराष्ट्रीय ख्यातीच्या नाट्यसंस्थांशी देखिल काम करीत आहेत. त्यांची नाटके देशाच्या अनेक भागात राष्ट्रीय आणि स्थानिक महोत्सवात सादर झालेली आहेत. काँटॅक्टिंग द वर्ल्ड, मॅन्चेस्टर २००६ आणि २०१०, लंडन इंटरनॅशनल फेस्टिवल ऑफ थिएटर २००८, कोलंबो इंटरनॅशनल थिएटर फेस्टिवल २०१२, २०१३, २०१४ आणि २०१५ तसेच युनेस्कोच्या इंटरनॅशनल थिएटर इंस्टिटयूटने रोमानिया येथे आयोजित केलेल्या वर्ल्ड फेस्टिवल ऑफ थिएटर स्कूल्स अशा विविध ठिकाणी त्यांनी प्रयोग केले आहेत.

नाट्यशिक्षण या विषयात ते गेले २० वर्षे काम करत आहेत. देशातील आणि परदेशातील अनेक नाट्यशिक्षण संस्था आणि विद्यापीठे इथे त्यांनी पाहुणा दिग्दर्शक आणि शिक्षक म्हणून काम केले आहे.

औद्योगिक जगताबरोबर सल्लागार म्हणूनही ते काम करतात. व्यवसायातील संघ बांधणी आणि उभारणी यासाठी त्यांनी अनेक कार्यशाळा आखलेल्या आणि राबवलेल्या आहेत. यासाठी नाटक हे माध्यम त्यांनी प्रभावीपणे वापरलेले आहे.

आय.ए.पी.ए.आर. म्हणजेच इंटरनॅशनल असोसिअशन फॉर परफॉर्मिंग आर्ट्स अँड रिसर्च या संस्थेचे ते संस्थापक संचालक आहेत. मिडास या उद्योजकतेचे प्रशिक्षण देणा-या शैक्षणिक संस्थेचे ते सहकारी सल्लागार आहेत.

सध्या ते युनेस्कोच्या इंटरनॅशनल थिएटर इंस्टिटयूटच्या भारतीय केंद्राच्या उभारणीचे काम करत आहेत.

पात्रता:

या कार्यशाळेमध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी किमान दहावी पास असणे आवश्यक आहे.

मराठी, हिंदी किंवा इंग्रजी यापैकी किमान एका भाषेमध्ये बोलता येणे अनिवार्य आहे.

कार्यशाळेचे शुल्क:
