A very warm hello, Hope you are doing fine..
I, Shefali Srivastava, a doctoral student of ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and management is working on the aspect of qualitative improvement of the Indian higher education system. To be specific I am presently studying the students' viewpoint on the way of service delivery of their universities. It asks the respondents to assess various service delivery parameters so that a framework for qualitative education can be maintained. The respondent have to assess that whether following parameters are essential for service delivery in education system. Regarding this I need few moments of yours to fill this questionnaire. It will utmost take 10 minutes of your valuable time. The survey is anonymous and your responses will remain confidential and will only be used for research purposes.
