CALL FOR PAPERS

 

 

The Literati- a Research Journal of DAV Institute of Engineering & Technology Jalandhar- is the scholarly journal of English literature and English language with a wide range of interests. Emphasis is on interpretative evaluation and fresh readings of authors and texts to be offered in light of contemporary tools/sources or new interpretation of known material. The journal is a promising player in the promotion of research in English Literature and Language. The journal has been conceptualized to pander to the needs of standard research in the field of English language & literature while providing a competitive platform to the young scholars for exhibiting their latent research aptitude and contribute towards the existing dimensions in the research sphere. The journal is proving to be a touchstone of academic excellence in various literary denominations and dimensions cutting across all the literary circles.

 

As the papers submitted for publication are referred to three distinguished scholars, the authors are advised to submit only standard unpublished papers of high academic value. Articles should be submitted as soft copy in MS word or higher version. The text should be in Times New Roman, font size 12.The margin should be 1.25' on all four sides. Reference numbers must be given with full bibliographic details of the works cited or referred to, at the end of the paper as per the latest MLA style sheet. Please include a title page with the article title, the name(s) of the author(s) giving affiliation details and a contact e-mail address. The word limit of the paper must not exceed 3000 words.  subcription isvoluntary/ optional. 

 Neither the editor nor the publisher accepts responsibility for the views of authors expressed in their papers. It will be assumed that your article has not been published already/read at a seminar / conference; and that it is not being considered by any other Journal. 

 

The interested scholars may e-mail their articles alongwith an abstract of about 200 words containing key words at narinder.daviet@gmail.com,dr.phutela@gmail.com by the end of April, 2015 for consideration of publication in the forthcoming issue of the journal to be published in May, 2015.
