Fwd: [iaclals] Monsoon Issue of Muse India live now

---------- Forwarded message ----------

Dear Friends,

Greetings from a wet and cool Hyderabad! The rains have brought in much relief from one of the hottest summers we had this year.

The Monsoon Issue of Muse India (No.68 – Jul-Aug 2016) is now online and can be accessed at www.museindia.com. In a feature on "The Power and Fear of the Pen," some issues of freedom of expression and dissent are presented in articles, poetry and fiction. Edited by Semeen Ali, it features large number of young writers, many from Universities.

Other highlights of the Issue are discussion with the senior Pakistani writer Bapsi Sidhwa, and the delightful images of Indian birds by ace photographer Nitoo Das adorning the poetry pages. The regular sections offer a wide choice to our discerning readers.

In the Art Gallery, Priyadarshi Patnaik presents the dying art of 'Scroll Paintings of Bengal.'
