Dear Mr. Saleh,
The Delhi event for this global series of concerts will feature opera arias, Hindustani classical pieces, and chamber music by Nicolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Giuseppe Verdi, Igor Stravinsky and others. Proceeds will benefit the United Nations Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women, and the evening will conclude with addresses from UN speakers. Free passes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The Scheherazade Initiative, 4 November, 7.15 pm, Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road,Delhi.
