Maulana Azad National Fellowship (MANF) 2011 Result...

The result of MANF 2011 has been published. I congratulate my friends who got it. Those who have not got it never mind. Allah will give you something more valuable. Work hard and try for JRF. The number of the fellowships are very less in number. I request the authorities to increase it and make available for more candidates.

    Assalamu alaikum
    Hi I am Assarudeen doing Ph.D in Mathematics at Jamal mohamed College, Trichy. My Ph.D course period is from 2o1o to 2013. I applied for MANF fellowship two times but each time i was rejected. I got 75% in M.Sc Mathematics but in tamilnadu quota upto 60% get selected. Did you know anything about selecting procedure. Or give me some valuable suggestion.

    Seat wise seat got divided, then subject wise and percentage wise, if anyone from Kerala got selected less than your percentage and in your subject, then your can ask UGC about the procedures through RTI...

    Actually it is not only percentage which determines merit but preferences in terms of streams. to exactly log on to ministry of minority and see MANF Notification there hope you will get some clarity about how selection is done.

    yes it says that Arts will be preferred but hardly it does. Nothing is clear and transparent...So, ask them its better...
